Storage Instructions

• Refrigerate unwashed in a paper bag or perforated cover.
• Best quality within 3–4 days of delivery.
• Do not wash before storing — moisture turns the pods slimy and black.
• Pat completely dry before cutting to reduce stickiness while cooking.
• Discard any pod that has gone limp or dark at the tip.
