Karuppu Kavuni Rice (Traditional Black Rice)

Karuppu Kavuni is a prized heritage black rice from Tamil Nadu, once reserved for royalty and known as the "forbidden rice." Naturally grown and unpolished, it has a deep purple-black colour, a nutty aroma, and a satisfying chewy bite.
