Storage Instructions

• Refrigerate unwashed in a paper bag or perforated cover.
• Best quality within 7–10 days of delivery.
• Remove the stalks before storing — they trap moisture and speed up spoilage.
• Do not wash before storing.
• Wash hands after chopping, and avoid touching your eyes.
